Mold and Product Quotation
The quotation time for molds and products is about 1 to 5 working days. Most of the evaluation time for post-processing and surface treatment is longer.
Mold Design and Development
Generally, customers place an order (mold deposit) after accepting the quotation. It takes about 21 to 60 days from design and development to mold trial. Of course, it takes more than 60 days for more complex molds.
Officially Mass Production
Once the mold is tested and confirmed by the client, the mold setting time can be arranged and the zinc-aluminum alloy die-casting process can be officially started.
Post-Processing
There are many kinds of post-processing of zinc-aluminum alloy die castings, such as sandblasting, lathe, milling machine, drilling and tapping, surface treatment, anode, etc., according to customer needs.
Inspection, Packaging and Shipment
After the final form of the product meets the quality of the customer's original request, it can be packaged and shipped to the customer.
